How old do u have to be to rent guns to shoot my son is 16

he can shoot with his legal guardian I'm sure he will be fine saw a 6 year old shooting with his mother

Thanks Angela, rifle 18, pistol 21 unless with a legal guardian they can use any firearms rented by guardian.

You'd have to be at least 21 to rent a handgun, if by yourself. (The age you'd legally have to be, to purchase one.) We think if your with a parent/guardian can be pretty young. Our 16 yr. old was able to shoot with Dad.
