Medicare needs a copy of the invoice for my old Animas Ping that was sent to me when I was insured through PEHP while working for Salt City Public Services (Salt Lake City Corp). Is it even possible to get that invoice?

PEHP can look up the claim if it was in the past 7 years. Please call customer service for help at 801-366-7555. You can also search your claims when you log in to www.pehp.org
