1st visit is $100, 2nd is $150, 3rd-7th is $100 each, 8th visit is $150 (along as u do all 8 in one month), plus they pay u $25 to get a Tetnis shot if u haven't had one in 10 years. They do those on Mondays usually. Referrals are $100 on their 2nd donation.
