The return policy is - you are welcome to return for a cash back refund up to 60 days any unused product in original packaging, tags or box (so it's able to be re-sold) with a receipt. You are also welcome to return any worn shoes that are not working for you for exchange or in store credit up to 60 days with a receipt. The last thing we want is for you to have shoes sitting in your closet not getting used!

It's been awhile since I went in, but I seem to remember their policy was quite lenient. Like, "We'll take back any shoes you're not satisfied with for at least a month--regardless of how much they've been worn," lenient.
