Can you answer to why I've had to bring my vehicle back 3 days in a row because your techs can't put my car together correctly? Awful service from your location. I never want to use your services again. I do not recommend Burt brothers to anyone.

I have used this Burt Brothers for over 15 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or non warranty repairs. Professional courteous service, drop off or while you wait. I have never once had a problem or issue.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've had with your car. I used to work for that company and I would like to reassure you that that is a good company they will back anything or any problems. I would encourage you to go in and talk to Terry he is the owner he's a great guy and I'm sure he will resolve the issue and make sure that you're taken care of. One bad experience shouldn't scare you away we all have bad days and we all make mistakes we are human. I hope my input and response helps you
