Yes, dogs are allowed on leash.
I have seen other people bring dogs out there, but it was not on Mission days....sorry I can't.be of more help
After endless searching, I cannot find any dog policies or restrictions at Mission San Antonio. I'd suggest keeping your dog on a short leash so you have the ability to control your dog on what will be a noisy, crowded event. And please, pick up after your pet. But go knowing that you may be turned away if problems arise.
