There is place to park on the North end of the bridge. I assume you can, but I'm not sure if you can bike across the bridge though. I didn't see any signs detering it.

I've never seen them close the bridge I've seen people cross that bridge in all kinds of weather. And yes you can park and walk across the bridge jog across the bridge or bike across the bridge

When we were therr we didn't see anyone on a bike. Its scary enoigh riding in a car at night let alone on a bike.

Yes, but if the weather is not good, they don't let you walk. They close the bridge
