I really wanted to visit this spot, However, I noticed that dogs and pets are allowed at tiki, we wanted to sit out by the water and enjoy a meal. Does the animals have to be on a leash or are they allowed to roam around free? I am afraid of dogs.

There is a leash policy. I go regularly and see very few dogs. Usually it's a local by the name of tbone, sweetest thing but he is more interested in the food you're about to drop than you lol
