Erick, it is good fish. I know the guy, and I know the people from who he gets his fish, and is really fresh it comes directly from the water to casamar,if you go in there and see a fish or lobster, it is straight pulled from the water; no from farm or genetically modified. I promise you.

Just go and look Sysco dont deliver whole fish on ice in big cooler.
You can tell its not ,they buy off the boats mostly
