I think if rules are. Broken Managemant should give them the opportunity to fix or change anything to become in aspect to rules. Management should remember most people try to do the right things...sometimes comunication is lost due misinformation or through difference of perception..I was present when management ( the old owners) told Mrs Nation she could park where new management had their car towed which had Mrs Nation been informed it was against rules. She would of happily complied.....as you stated in another reply to review..if asked you would work with people...thats what i think the tenants are trying to convey. Thank you for taking time to read this have a good day
I have never received any notice change if new charges about charges the towing company is charging you should respect your renters with the same dignity you expect for yourself would like a copy of the new charges of the towing company the only information is not what the towing company charged
Why can the managers park there truck on the sidewalk landscape and they don't get there car towed the managers are not exempt. Thats not right they should get there's towed
Better follow those rules. The tow company has a price that is only regulated by law to the MAXIMUM amount they are allowed to charge, and don't be surprised that they choose to exercise that option. Modern day pirates, but as previously stated, those who follow the rules need not fear.
We don't give the pricing for the towing company. The basic cost is on the towing rules and like I said, we have handed them out several times, there is no excuse. As far as our truck being on the cement, not grass, it was there for a reason and it is our property so we can park it there if we have to once in a while, but it wont happen again. Sorry that this is upsetting to anyone but the owner makes the rules as this is the owners property, and we manage it as we are told.
