Not sure about the part but to go faster you can do a couple of things upgrade you exhaust, make sure your spark plug is gaped right they are never gaped right that will give you more combustion, better carb and also to have it run smoother use a full synthetic oil but these are all easy ways to run faster but if your handy disconnect your speed limiter you can look up how to do it by the made on google
