I as the owner am a nice person. I do get mad when we go above and beyond to fix mistakes and complaints and they leave happy. Then to look later and they leave a bad review. There is always two sides to a story. I am sorry if I have been rude in the past.
He is not , anyone who runs a business knows the stress of running one , so I would owes give him another chance , they are a great family restaurant
