As Bryan stated, my experience at this location varies. I have recently sent in some feedback so hopefully they'll get it sorted out. I recommend you send in a survey as well using your receipt code.
The experience usually varies depending on the day, time, and other unforseen circumstances. Its usually hit and miss and that's all around the board no matter which location you visit.
