We are a 55+ community but cannot discriminate over age, as long as there are at least 80% of the unit owners 55 and over. We have over 80% of our owners over the age of 55.
I would really look at condo law. 55+ not sure about 10% can be younger. If so, who manages data on 10% Who manages? Now, its my legal right to see % of 55 and younger
