No, they don't.
I don't think they carry Girards @ TJ but it's definitely at Lucky's (a couple blocks away), Smart & Final, Target, Walmart & Safeway. Also remember TJ's money back return policy if something is not to your liking. So buy TJ brands & products with confidence.
