I believe as long as you aren't sitting at the bar it should be ok. Although I wouldn't recommend bringing children.
They serve food as well so I don't think there is one. They have patio seating also. Idk if it's the most kid friendly place to go but I don't see why you couldn't bring them. You could also call and ask.
