I don't see why you cannot exchange for the same product. Call the store before you go to make sure. You also should ask to see a manager!
Should be able to I know you need receipt if the cashier remember who you are you may have a good chance hopefully you'll fine your receipt !
I'm not too sure...without your receipt...sounds like it's worth a try...all you can do honestly is go to the same store & ask more than sure they know all their products

They are extremely helpful. You can always call the toll free for the corporate office for anything you may need.
I'm really not sure but you probably can take it back to exchange it but to get your money back you must have your receipt.
