I payed my loan off my car and the bank sent me my tilte. But I have moved sense I started this loan. So it is the old address on the title? How do I go about changing this, what do I need to bring with me to the DNV?

You will need to go to the left to the title and registration department. You will need your title, I.D., your most recent emissions, along with most likely need proof of your new address.
