I called the office again after that first time someone answered nobody else has really helped. I’m not sure what a certificate is supposed to do when my stuff got burned , I’ve been going here for over 10 years and at this point it’s really customer service. Terrible customer service may someone please try to do their job and assist customers with the help they need since it’s of their money this laundromat runs. So you should treat your customers better especially when they have an inconvenience. You guys have cameras you could clearly see what cotton and a beach towel looks like. Please help.

Don't they have specific settings on those machines? I see everyone just dump there clothes in there and put high heat without a second thought all the time. I'm sure youre not gonna say that you had it on high but maybe pay more attention on what setting you have it on depending on material , I wouldn't put all the blame on them.
