Does bed bath and beyond gift wrap an item that I didnt buy at their store?

They don't even gift wrap things you buy from their store. Most stores that do gift wrap aren't sitting waiting to wrap items from other stores.

Why would they do that?

I've never seen them wrap any thing either.

I have never seen them wrap gifts.
