The oxford valley Best Buy does have a car stereo installation department that may be able to help you, but unless you had them install it they may turn you away. Unfortunately, it is really hit or miss there. They guy who installed my radio really knew his stuff and was very professional, but when one of the buttons failed within the warrantee period the person there when I took it back fir repair was all but useless. I suggest calling there first for sure. P.S. who the heck still even owns a VCR?
Kimberlee, it depends on your car. If the CD player is factory, you may want to take it to the dealer for repairs. If its an aftermarket stereo, you should Google local car radio installers. There should be plenty of businesses that will work on it in the Philadelphia area.
Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THE OXFORD VALLEY STORE....they are the most arrogant, inconsiderate, unhelpful, impolite, group of people I've come across, and they don't give a DAMM about their customers, Avoid oxford valley at all costs... defenitly try the Willowgrove store, they have an EXCELLENT staff, helpful and knowledgeable, and care very much about their customers.
no, but the place that still fixes VCR's does.
I don't know anyone that I can think of right now. My advice would be to do a search on Google for places close to you that FIX Car CDs. Hope this helps in your search.
