How do I get in touch with my daughter while she is a patient in this facility

There is a blackout period for the 1st 30days .. you can write her. After 30 days she is allowed to call. Or call operator give her your daughters name & ask to speak with her counselor or ask to have her counselor call you or leave a message with the counselor. That's how it was years ago...
