You have to call them it is different for each one.
Bagels And is open Christmas day until 12:30 pm and Chinese restaurant open all day as far as others I believe they are closed as is Publix
Each retailer and restaurant in the strip mall sets their own hours. That said I expect that most if not all will be closed. Maybe one or two of the restaurants might be open but that's about it.
I believe that most if not all of the stores will be closed xmas
Publix is not open on the 25th of Christmas Day
