The same happened to me...
The food is suck, was like chewing gum, potato super salty I loss my money
Went once.. Very unhappy experience
That's not the impression I get from them but I've only been a couple of three times.
It's so true..... I'm agree with you on that matter ,look like they staff Always missing something or is a lack of communication between staff and costumers plus they almost denied services to the English speaking costumers i found floors and restrooms dirty and full of food and flies very dissatisfied
