Trust me i know what i was told because the clerk started to get upset and said he cant keep opening boxes to find one that worked right. Im not in the habit of login in complaints about stuff but ive spent 60 bucks on two evolve pens and nether one of the battery pack works for pen like i told clerk in store who sent me away with me being unhappy, and with defective units

I can guarantee you weren't told to "deal with it." That's not how we do business. If we sell a defective item we always make it right.
