Why is this the worst McDonald's in the state,the managers are lazy & rude,never in 5 years have they got my order right, restrooms always very dirty.

Because they don't have to be good. There is also a lack of competition. If a business hasn't gotten your order right everytime in 5 years why would you continue to go there?

From my opinion its the lack of proper management.

I don't know but it definitely isn't that great except for a few employees that stand out.
