Is the lake restocked with fish (from the State) or do the fish just fertilize & replenish naturally?

I believe they replenish naturally on the fact my daughter caught a pregnant big mouth bass there

It is a Private Lake, the state does not stock private waters. Any fish in there would be paid for by the owner or natually occuring.
