Why do they take $25 off my debit card when I only used $10.25 where is the remaining $14.75??

Hi Michelle, the $25 you see on your account is a hold, not a charge. The hold is annoying but we're absolutely not overcharging you! Depending on your bank, the $25 will be removed in the next 1-2 business days and then you'll just see the correct $10.25 charge. I know it's a pain but it will clear in a day or two. I would ask a employee. I've been going there for over 2 years and haven't had a problem. Also their rewards card is a great thing if you plan on returning.
