Are there bathrooms at this park with plumbing, or only port-a-pots?

There are two sets of bathroom so I have seen at this park. There is one set by the children's playground area and Tennis Courts. And another set over by the dog park. They are real bathrooms not porta johns.

There are two sets of bathrooms. One set attached to the main office building and a free standing bathroom building. During the winter, the freestanding bathrooms are winterized so you must use the bathrooms attached to the office building behind the children's playground and in front of the tennis courts.
