How handicap accessible for the parents is the splash pad? My granddaughter wants to come but I use a walker and cannot walk very far at all. Are there shaded areas and benches I could sit on?

Theres a covered area with tables. You shouldnt have any trouble getting around there

Yes and there is handicapped access to the area as well as a large nice bathroom right near the tables which is easy to acces with your granddaughter.
