Yes it is fun for little ones too. Compared to other parks, this one has the most for all ages. Try going on Friday at 10a when they have toddler time
Absolutely. Our son is 3 years old and we take him there very often. They have a seperate jumping area for kids 5 and under so if it is busy younger kids can still safely enjoy the jumping. the large tubes structure is also a lot of fun for young kids and they have seats that allow little kids to sit with the parents on the bumper cars while the parent drives. Just make sure your child will be okay on those bumper cars though as they spin around when hit and some kids may not enjoy that part as much.
