For balance inquiry, you can visit the Wendy's website and then scroll down to the bottom of the main page. On the bottom right hand side you should see a link for Gift Card. Click that link and on the next page click on the "check your balance link. Cardholders can also call our customer care line to to check balance. The balance you hear when inquiring over the telephone is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.
There should be a phone number on the back to call and check the remaining balance. If there is no phone number on the card just swipe it at your next visit before paying with your debit/credit card.
