Yes, they make wipes you can also use baby wipes 😉The dog may have dry skin which can cause an odor. I suggest an oatmeal shampoo or medicated shampoo. I've been grooming for 40 years. My father is a vet. Terrier breeds are known to have stinky skin 😉. Good news is that it's fixable.
If you want the odor off the dog there are wipes for the private area, If the odor is all over dog that is probably normal because they just smell. I bought a dog shampoo w/ a conditioner and med in it to help with the doggy smells on my sitter. I also bought some spray fragrances to use daily. It didn't stop the odor just helped lessen the smell. The other thing that makes them smell is some kind of medical condition your vet is the best one to determine if the smell is normal or brought on for another reason.

If you are talking about a dog wipe, then no. If you are talking about a wipe that removes dog odors, I recommend Clorox wipes.
