How is it you go into a McDonald's which is known for hamburgers and when you order your hamburgers and go to the drink condiment counter the ketchup dispenser never works. You're told they are out of ketchup!!! How is McDonald's out of ketchup?

Never mind for burgers what about your fries that need ketchup. This is a problematic location.
