Because they don't know what there doing and how to do it . the last 2 times I been there it took 20 minutes or longer to get my pizza. Hopeley it will get better if not then something will take there place...
Most likely had just sold out before you ordered. It happens sometimes, however they are usually already cooking by that time. 10 minutes isn't that bad.
