I do not work at Wendys, but that is an issue you need to take up with Uber. Ive had that happen before to me, Uber refunded the order. When you order Uber, DoorDash, ect you ALWAYS contact the service you used to report missing, cold, wrong, or damaged items. They will refund you. You should never need to contact the place you ordered from because it is ALWAYS the delivery person's fault - they didnt check the reciept, packaging, ect before leaving the restaurant, bad driving makes items fall out of bag or get damaged, not delivering on time makes food cold, worst case they ate food.
No because they didn't give the Uber driver all of the food I ordered so this is a matter I need to take up with Wendy's and Uber
