If you're ordering online there is a section you can look for that is a particular spot that you can add any special instructions you would like on your order in which you can instruct them to please make sure that your pizza is a little extra done this time. But you can also request it during your phone order as well. They'd have pretty customer service from my experience and I'm sure would be happy to oblige your request.
I've never had a problem. Done to some people means burnt. It so depends on your toppings. Some toppings make the pizza soggy. Get light sauce
