They do, but they also make you feel like poor trash in the process. Good luck
I was there today and felt like I must have made a mistake to have gone there. I called family services for help with electric bill, after determining I lived within the right area, I was given paperwork and told to have a seat. I was standing at the counter at the time and no one else was there in line behind me. I replied saying I'd rather stand and was told to sit down by a gentleman with a stripped shirt who later wouldn't give his name. I ask him in a kidding way are you trying to be funny, with a serious face and in a nasty tone, he said no he was kidding he wanted me to sit down. And began twisting my words previously spoken to another gentleman about my location. He seemed to have a problem with me, and began to insult and disrespect me. So feeling overwhelmed I left. I told him I would report him, he then said go right ahead.. So nasty and rude. It's bad enough some of us are forced to ask for help, you already feel embarrassed and vulnerable. Very unpleasant per
