The arcade games are all FREE play. The only games you pay for is pinball. You can get tokens at the bar or from the machine. It's $1.00 a play (some pinball machines are more to play) but all of the arcade games are completely free play.
You can use cash at the coin machines for $1/token or pay for tokens at either bar with a debit or credit card.
