When I was there I did not see any kids there. With that being said it's generally best practice in restrictions and bars not to allow kids (any individuals under 21) to sit at the physical bar, it's self. What they generally allow is kids or individuals under 21 to sit at a table in the dinning area or "on the floor" As some call it (As previously mentioned) at any time before 9:00pm (local time) or 8:45 (local bar time). Again this is just an industry best practice, and rules/laws can vary from restaurant to restaurant or from State to state.
