The bartenders were very good about checking ID's. Kids (like 5, 7, & 10) were allowed in with their parents.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. Most bars there check at the door, including Tootsies. I would call them first, save her the trouble.

No-one checked our ID at entry. They just check when you order drinks. I don't see why not.
