No cover charge. Yes the band plays for tips. There are 3 levels i believe all 3 have different kind of music. Yes they have sandwiches not a dinner way to crowded. Dirty place not recommend eating thete. Great and fun time if u have never been there. Write your name on the wall somewhere.band 7 nights a week.

ALWAYS TIP THE BAND!!!! Cannot express that enough. No cover charge and all levels have good entertain and food !
