The best way to insure you are considered "First Class" is to make reservations. Actually, I think Blue Bird Cafe is reservation only. It is $2 per reservation and you can set them up to 1 week out. It may be a $2 cancellation fee.... But either way, it is 2 bucks.
Not sure i understand the question. If you're asking about the seats that are not reserved, for first come first served, then 2 to 3 hours early if you want to get in. There are only about 10 to 12 spaces available.
You should reserve tickets ahead of time one week before you plan on going.
