This is an absolutely terrible motel. If you read the reviews before you stayed here, you would've seen the multiple complaints from customers.
You simply should have checked out and asked your travel agent , booking service or credit card company for a refund
Run as far and as fast as you can. Do not stay there!
You can also try contacting the department of health and environmental control.
The Health and Safety is a big issue for any business and also Customer Car, but forming your experience in to a question will only receave biased answers, as they are based off individual experiences. I would recommend filing a formal complaint with the general manager or local home office.
