The website has height requirements. You might be able ride with the baby on a few But most of the rides they have to be able to sit alone.
I took my 5 year old who isn't quite 42" and they were very strict about what he could ride. I don't think a 1 year old could ride anything but the carousel.

Really my little girl had a hard time being able to ride the rides and shes 32 inches tall! My response would be no.
