Only team coolers. I saw an older gentlemen bring one in with a sticker on it. I assumed it was a sticker for use at the beach and was approved for medical reasons, so they also allow him to enter with it.
I think it depends on the event. I brought snacks and water bottles in during our week long event and nothing was said.
