Personally, although I don't have celiac, I have "gluten intolerance", an annoying inconvenience. Loving meat as I do, I enjoyed the Smokehouse, although in my review I did mention that they are so popular and so busy that they struggle to be excellent at what they are trying to do.
We have a very limited selection for gluten free. Plain baked chicken, plain pulled pork and corn.
