Ive never experienced them being rude. Other shops tend to speak their language allday and make you feel as though they are talking about you. Hate that. But not here. Theu really try. Mike the owner speaks great English and hes really involved. I love this place. Their work is good and im very comfortable and relaxed when im there. You should give them a try i don't think youll be disappointed. Great place im here to stay
Please stop by and check us out for your own experience, It was an incident that one of my nail technician couldn’t speak english very well yet, she is going school every morning for ESL at Adult Education in Gerber Road, Sac. One my customer was giving her some instructions, she turned over her right hand-side coworker to ask for help in translation. After that they did have few minutes chats. That draw to the conclusions and misunderstood that they were laughing at her. I did review the video yesterday, and we all trully sorry to our customers
