whats the bass fishing like, have no boat

Not going to find bass there plus not much from the shoreline would need a boat for better chances

Ft Hammer park (Manatee River) is brackish water. Fishing from the shore or dock for bass is possible but not likely. Snook,trout, red fish and a number of catfish variety can be had. Hope this helps. God bless
