Jerry, it's not Maritza's fault that her food was cold. Don't blame her for the cooks allowing the food to sit while waiting for other food to serve the table. Cold food in a restaurant is NOT the customer's fault. The cooks allowed her food to "die in the window" while waiting for other food for the same table. It could also be that the waitress took too long to get her food from the window. In that case service is poor and you can blame the wait staff. So either it's the cook's fault or the server's fault. It's NEVER the customer's fault!

If your food came out cold!! It's your fault for not letting the staff know immediately so they could give you a new fresh hot meal. I bet it took you longer to write this then it would have taken you to open up your mouth and tell somebody about you cold tacos.

That is unusual, I've never had that happen. I've even bought tacos or whatever and took them home, and they were still hot.
